मराठीThe Rotating Discharge Ore Container is engineered to transform bulk material handling in surface and underground mining operations. Unlike conventional fixed-body boxes, this Ore Rotating Container uses a reinforced pivot assembly and hydraulic dampers to tilt the body at a controlled angle, allowing rapid unloading of run-of-mine ore without the need for front-end loaders or truck-mounted cranes. For operations processing fines and concentrates, the same rotating mechanism is configured as a Mineral Concentrate Rotating Container, with sealed discharge gates to prevent product loss and dust emissions. Where site height restrictions limit standard equipment, a Half-height Ore Container can be deployed, and the rotating discharge concept can be scaled to fit lower-profile bodies. As a dedicated Mining Container, the unit is fabricated from wear-resistant steel and tested for repeated impact from coarse rock, making it a dependable link in ore transport chains.
The Rotating Discharge Ore Container is available in standard 20 ft and 30 ft footprints, with internal volumes ranging from 18 m³ to 32 m³ depending on sidewall height and end-door configuration. All models feature a rotation angle of up to 50 degrees, controlled by twin hydraulic cylinders mounted at the rear pivot points. The body shell uses a combination of 6 mm HARDOX® 450 wear plates in high-abrasion zones and 4 mm S355 structural steel elsewhere, offering an optimal balance between durability and tare weight. The frame is hot-dip galvanized, and the interior is coated with a high-solids epoxy to resist acidic ore slurries.
The Rotating Discharge Ore Container is built around a torsion-resistant subframe that integrates the ISO corner castings with a full-length center spine. This configuration prevents body flex when the container is lifted at an angle, ensuring that the rotation cycle remains smooth even with uneven load distribution. The hydraulic power pack is mounted in a protected recess under the floor, featuring a 12 kW motor, a flow rate of 22 L/min, and a working pressure of 210 bar. Both side-discharge and end-discharge configurations are offered, with the side-discharge variant being particularly effective for rail sidings and tunnel mucking operations.

For iron ore, copper concentrate, and gold-bearing rock, the Rotating Discharge Ore Container’s internal geometry is optimized to reduce hang-ups and bridging. The hopper section has a 55-degree wall slope, which is steeper than the typical angle of repose for most crushed ores, allowing the payload to slide cleanly once the door is opened. The discharge door is sealed with a replaceable EPDM gasket and secured by four hydraulic clamps that are interlocked with the rotation circuit, so the door cannot be opened unless the body is in the fully upright or fully rotated position. This design prevents accidental spillage and reduces the risk of worker injury during unloading.
The rotating discharge mechanism is fully enclosed in a weatherproof housing, and the hydraulic circuit includes a manual override for emergency operation. Standard units are equipped with fork pockets and lifting eyes for crane handling. Optional extras include a remote control discharge system, automatic lubrication points, and dust suppression spray bars.
