The flat pack container is a new container series of Container Family.Its most distinctive feature is that it arrived in flat-packed state.The entire container is disassembled into the base frame, columns, core wall panels, separate roof panels, doors and windows, and bolt fittings.

There is a fixed load-bearing main beam in the middle, and the roof is composed of multiple connected corrugated panels. It is fully bolted together without welding, and can be assembled on-site by using only socket wrenches and screwdrivers; it can be completed by 2 to 4 people in about 45mins.

The Core Advantages of Flat Pack Containers:

○ Flat-packed

Containers can be disassembled into individual components and packed flat. A 40HQ shipping container is expected to be able to accommodate 4 to 6 sets of 20ft flat pack containers, significantly reducing the cost of individual shipments.

○ Durable Structure

The middle continuous steel main beam bears the roof load; four separate corrugated steel roof panels are connected and sealed; if the local top plate is damaged, it can be replaced separately without having to replace the entire roof,the maintenance cost is lower.

The on-site installation only requires ordinary tools, such as wrenches and screwdrivers. No welding is needed and the installation is simple, making it suitable for use in overseas areas, mines, and remote regions.

This flat-pack container has pre-installed doors, windows and electrical wiring in the factory. The wall panels come with an insulation core layer. Once the bolts are assembled, it can be used as a construction site dormitory, office,etc. And after the project is completed, all of it can be completely disassembled, laid out flat, and packed up for transportation to the next project for reuse.

How to Install the Flat-packed Container?

○Remove the individual parts. First, install the bottom frame, then attach the column wall panels, and tighten the bolts for fixation.

○Set up the intermediate fixed main beam, hoist four roof cover plates, lock the interlocking fasteners between the plates, and form a complete roof surface.

Notice: Please bring your own installation tools, including 13mm and 19mm socket wrenches, and a Phillips or Allen screwdriver.
